Welcome to the new Lafayette County Multi-Purpose Arena. This new facility provides our community with educational programs, classrooms, meeting spaces, and a new agrifocused, indoor arena.
This new facility will provide Lafayette County residents access to educational and professional resources to help us grow, thrive and inspire the community we desire. The facility is home to the Mississippi State University Extension Service Lafayette County office, which offers educational programs from 4-H to professional training and resources for farmers and businesses.
Through a partnership with Lafayette County, the Mississippi State University Extension Services, and the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council, this new facility will offer educational, recreational, and cultural programs for all residents of Lafayette County.

Women’s Trailer Workshop

Join us at the Women’s Trailer Workshop, hosted by the Lafayette County Arena in partnership with Farm Bureau and the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department. Participants can bring their own trailer or use ours while learning essential safety tips, hands-on skills, and expert advice for handling challenging situations on the road and around the arena. The fee is $10 and includes refreshments.
